Content Creating Specialist (On-site)

We are a fast-growing skincare brand, is seeking a creative and proactive Content Creating Specialist with strong social media management skills. The ideal candidate should be visually creative, confident behind the camera, and capable of producing engaging lifestyle and brand-focused content.

• Identify and leverage content opportunities aligned with brand goals and trends
• Create engaging content centered around the CEO's daily life, public appearances, events, and outings
• Develop creative concepts for both lifestyle and brand storytelling
• Plan, organize, and manage the content calendar to ensure consistency
• Monitor and improve audience engagement across social media platforms
• Capture high-quality photos and videos suitable for digital platforms
• Edit and optimize content for various social media channels

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar tools)
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
• Confidence in handling a camera (mobile or professional)
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• BA / BSC with 1-3 years experience in a similar role
